Aufgaben

Our Asset Compliance & Portfolio Office in Düsseldorf is looking for You!

Project portfolio dashboard development & operation:

  • Support our growth businesses to ensure a coordinated and transparent portfolio reporting and analysis by developing KPIs and analysis toolkits

  • Conceptualize & develop a COO Project Portfolio Dashboard (in PowerBI)

  • Integrate stakeholder requirements into dashboards via cross functional collaboration and alignment while ensuring a consistent common project language

  • Responsibility for the operation of the dashboard

  • Train & support key customers

Database development & integration of functional requirements:

  • Further develop the database the "single source of truth" for transformation project Data within the Uniper COO Area through extensions, new logics and optimizations

  • Be the interface to the key customers and key functions to align and integrate their requirements into the database

  • Quality control the data model

Operational support & Ad-hoc reports:

  • Support growth business lines with local dashboard creations for performance management

  • Create ad-hoc analysis and develop reports for the top management


Profil
  • Master's degree in economics, IT or comparable

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio or project management or comparable relevant area, ideally in an energy related field

  • Experience in performance management, utilizing KPIs and developing (PowerBI) dashboards to thrive performance culture

  • Strong experience in Microsoft PowerBI & Excel

  • Strong conceptional thinking especially in the integration of requirements into a PowerBI environment

  • IT experience with central data model and databases (e.g. Snowflake) is a plus

  • Strong analytical & PowerPoint visualization skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and experience in close stakeholder engagement processes

  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary environments

  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
