Aufgaben

The Junior Marketing Data Analyst supports the continuous improvement of the digital customer experience that we as ZEISS Research and Microscopy Solutions (RMS) are creating for our customers. As part of the Digital Customer Interface Team, you will analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions that identify potential opportunities for improvement of customer journeys. To achieve this, they will partner with internal and external partners to follow-up on the gained insights and test them.

  • You will be part of the Digital Customer Interface team, improving the digital experience of our customers and creating a personalized and seamless UX

  • You will work in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Service and IT Teams to generate insights and improve our customer experience

  • You will understand how various platforms play together and how they are integrated that marketing processes can be automated

  • You will actively engage in strategic projects like the implementation and rollout of our Customer Data Platform

  • You will support with the planning and execution of marketing automation solutions to increase the conversion rates along the marketing & sales funnel

  • You will play an active role in selecting, implementing and optimizing the latest marketing technologies to boost our data collection and analysis capabilities


Profil
  • Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science or related

  • Successful completion of the entrance test at Steinbeis University

  • You are enthusiastic about analyzing data, eager to learn more about it to help guide marketing strategies and decisions

  • Good knowledge in SQL, various data visualization tools and the capability to learn fast is necessary – experience in Python is a plus

  • You have strong communication and presentation skills and are capable of translating data into clear, actionable insights

  • You have first project management experience and the motivation to push projects on your own

  • You can work effectively and with discipline in an international environment

  • You have fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
